What does "site operations" mean at Sigma?
It's the routine work that keeps a yard or site running, done remotely by our agents: running the gate, verifying drivers and visitors, logging trucks and trailers, checking for damage and intact seals, and reporting on parking, yard behaviour, safety gear and temperatures.
Can you replace our gate guard?
For many sites, yes. Our operators handle driver communication, ID checks and gate opening remotely, and they watch the rest of the yard at the same time.
Do we need new cameras?
Not always. We can often connect compatible cameras you already have, and add inspection, plate-recognition or PTZ cameras only where they're needed. Your free assessment will tell you exactly what's required.
Can the reports go into our own software?
Inspection reports and notifications can integrate with your existing software for live updates. We'll confirm what's possible with your system during the assessment.
Do you work with homes?
No. We specialize in commercial and industrial sites such as truck yards, warehouses, construction sites and storage facilities, so our agents, procedures and hardware are built for how those properties operate.
